My sincere apologies to Joyce Moody-Fletcher for not having her birthday show up on January 31st!
Something is not working quite right on our Blog and I have been trying to get it fixed! It all started out when the outfit that owns the site that our blog is on changed things on 12/1/17 to provide a "more secure" blog address, while still maintaining the old address. There are a couple of bugs in the process that are causing some havoc on our Blog! Not only is it showing Birthdays that I have posted on my computer, but not if I log in from my laptop!! Another example is the "Save the Date " notification Wilbur Shirey provided on 1/24/18. I spent almost 3 hrs trying to get the top greeting line to show properly (it worked OK last year) - and finally had to give up! It seems like it is better in Feb - but of all people to delete her name on Jan 31, our record keeper supreme (Joyce) embarrasses me! So here it is again.

Yes,
we are going to have another get together again this year. We write to let you
know that we have again reserved the Chinklacamoose Room at the Sapp Brothers
Truckstop, 15196 Clearfield-Shawville Highway, for our meeting place. The date
we want you to save is Saturday, July 21, the third Saturday in July which is
the same weekend we met last year. We hope by letting you know early that you
will be able to schedule around other family activities and spend some time
with us.
Last
year forty-six people attended and had a good time sharing old memories and
good food. If you haven’t been to one of these recently or if you have, please
join us. This is the fifty- ninth year since graduation. We have the room
reserved from 1:00p.m. until we leave. The lunch buffet serves good food and if
you stay you can also enjoy the dinner buffet. It’s a ‘come as you are’ and
‘pay as you go’ event. We think the price is right.
There
is no need to make a reservation. All you have to do is show up!
